1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an intake form or participating in any energy healing session, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Nature of Services (Medical Disclaimer)
Critical Medical Disclaimer
Energy healing services are offered solely for spiritual wellness, stress reduction, and relaxation. These services are NOT medical treatment, psychological therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, nor do we provide medical or psychiatric advice. You should continue to consult with licensed healthcare professionals for all medical concerns.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Health Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on all intake forms.
- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own health and well-being. You have the right to stop a session at any time.
- Age: You must be at least 16 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent to use our services.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be confirmed via our booking system. We maintain a professional cancellation policy to value both the practitioner's and the client's time:
- 24-Hour Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' advance notice.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided if a session is cancelled by us or if requested with 24 hours' notice. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with session outcomes.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Energy healing is a personal and subjective experience. We make NO GUARANTEES or promises regarding the specific outcomes of any session. Results vary significantly among individuals and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms, you agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days.
