1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an intake form or participating in any energy healing session, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• Health Disclosure: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information on all intake forms.
• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own health and well-being. You have the right to stop a session at any time.
• Age: You must be at least 16 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent to use our services.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Appointments are requested via our online forms. To ensure the highest quality of deeply focused energy work for each person, please note the following policies:

• Payment Method: All healing commitments (session fees) are paid in person via cash upon your arrival. We do not collect online payments, credit cards, or upfront deposits.
• Running Late: We understand that life happens and traffic can be unpredictable. If you are running late, please just let us know. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you and ensure you still receive a deeply meaningful session.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or shift your appointment, we gently request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to someone else in need of healing. We understand emergencies happen, so please just communicate with us.
• Refunds: Because our services are an exchange of time and energy, and are paid in cash on arrival, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. If you feel uncomfortable or have concerns, please express them during your session so we can immediately adjust our approach to support you.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Energy healing is a personal and subjective experience. We make NO GUARANTEES or promises regarding the specific outcomes of any session. Results vary significantly among individuals and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms, you agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days.
